About Graeme Spicer

Mr. Spicer focuses his practice in the areas of criminal defense, DWI, personal injury and civil rights. In each of these areas of law, people can find themselves in very frightening and uncertain situations. You need somebody who is going to fight for you. But fighting is not enough – effective representation requires strategy, attention to detail, and work ethic. And it also requires caring.

This describes Mr. Spicer’s representation of his clients. He fights, strategizes, works hard and subscribes to the age old axiom that “the devil is in the details.” And, importantly, he cares about each and every one of his clients. He recognizes that whether you’re charged with a serious crime, suffered a terrible injury due to somebody’s negligence or have been the victim of discrimination, each case requires a lawyer caring about the outcome. It’s your life, liberty and livelihood.

Dedication to his clients

In the area of criminal defense, Mr. Spicer has tried numerous cases before a jury and has had success in obtaining acquittals in several of these trials. Many of these trials have been homicide trials, where the stakes could not be higher. He has also effectively represented clients in obtaining a dismissal of a case before trial. This is due to the strategy, work ethic and attention to detail for each case.

In his representation of clients who have been injured because of somebody else’s negligence, had their civil rights violated or the victim of discrimination in the work place, Mr. Spicer has fought for his clients and obtained favorable settlements not just in Central New York but all of Upstate New York from Buffalo to Albany and from Watertown to Binghamton.
